I just read Mould Map. It’s an A3 sized anthology of one page comics by a collection of seemingly like minded cartoonists and artists from all over the world. The strips are all short science fiction stories and often dreamlike and surreal. It’s an impressive object. Printed with just two colours on heavy stock paper means each page feels like a print. It’s interested to see how each artist has approached using this limited colour pallette. It features work from my pal Jonathan Chandler, Leon Sadler and Lando (who have all been mentioned in my blog previously) as well as as more established artists like C.F.
