I’m slightly (but only slightly) ashamed to say that I had a dream the other night that there was a TV advert for a new TV series which featured the Planet of the Apes apes fighting the Triffids from Day of the Triffids. The dream ended with the words “Sunday 8pm BBC One”. I was terribly excited by this matched only by my disappointment at realising it was only a dream. I mentioned this dream to my friend Lord Hurk who only went and drew it for me and here it is. The campaign starts here. I couldn’t help but think how different our world would be had this also been Martin Luther King‘s dream.

People like Planet of the Apes probably like Day of the Triffids too ipso factor they will like Planet of the Apes Versus The Triffids?
While I myself like both and would go so far as to work out the recording system on my telly (perhaps even by locating the manual, reading it and so on) to make sure I wouldn’t miss Planet of the Apes Vs The Triffids, there’s a flaw in your TV-hit logic. I cite the People versus Aliens Versus Predator as a precedent.
my dad interrupted my dream last night.
just like when i was a kid being disturbed from looking at star wars men in a shop by him saying “nothing you want?”
it was wrong to ask for stuff and having no money it meant `time to go`
last night he suddenly appeared at this videogame conference in Japan and said something like “ready to go?”
i guess my brain was getting fed up inventing stuff so it made me wake up. which i did.
