I did the Hackney Empire New Act of the Year last night, which is reviewed here on Chortle. It’s actually a very nice review of me even if it did remind me a bit of this. Ungrateful. Congrats to all the winners, runners up and all those taking part. It was an excellent night that will sit in the memory for a very long time. I played the Hackney Empire!
